Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong retail pharmacy experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Publix Pharmacy systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and prepare prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Enter prescription information into the pharmacy system and verify patient data.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications and supplies.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with prescription inquiries, insurance processing, and over-the-counter product needs.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Support pharmacists with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience (Publix Pharmacy experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy terminology, prescription processing, and insurance claim procedures.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
